In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows :

Requests received before product shipping will be cancelled; if product is shipped then we will not be able to cancel order.

Refund Policy After Shipping

We will try our best to create the best quality eco-friendly products for our clients.
For products we take responsibility to deliver undamaged , in case of damage we request you to share images through email / whatsapp etc / contact us with order number immediately, we will refund or replace the product, in case of non-amenability we will refund the amount.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through any courier services as per company policy.

Currently we do not directly ship products out of India.If anyone wants our products out of india than please contact us via contact us link.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order. Confirmation & Tracking details are provided to the buyer. But delivering of the shipment are subjected to courier service company terms & conditions. And provide the courier receipt to the buyer on his/her Email id. Seva vivek is not liable for any delay in delivery due to natural disasters.. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times. (Unless specified at the time of Order).

IF product is not delivered within 15 days from shipping date, write us on .We will investigate it further and provide you all possible support to track the shipment. Delivery will be considered as online tracking and given by Courier Company and that will be final.
